Text Box: Our Farm Helpers come to us from a variety of different organisations with varying skills, experiences, needs, abilities, strengths and weaknesses. They also come to us in a variety of ages. The centre takes students who are 14 years old or older, but we have no upper age limit. Text Box: Butterfly Lodge takes on Farm Helpers from many different backgrounds these include those who have social or emotional behaviour difficulties, mental health problems, multiple learning difficulties, are disenfranchised, homeless, within the care system, have suffered abuse or neglect, are struggling with addiction or are young offenders. Text Box: Some of our past and present clients include referrals from Social Care Social Workers, Autism Anglia, Integrated Student Support, MENCAP, Connexions, SENCAN as well as many other local mainstream and special schools and colleges including Doucecroft School and FE, Lexden Springs, Stanway School, Freshstart School, Chelmsford College and St. Benedict's.
